This last weekend we pre ordered rock band 2 and ION drum set for the 360 and the song list along with other info is out so figured i would share this with others.

No, we haven't quit EQ2. I'm adjusting to new medicine dosages as well as some new medicine. I haven't been sleeping well and it caught up with me. So, I'm taking medicine to help me sleep and get myself back in line and all that.

Redar isn't playing in order to catch his subscription pay date up to mine. He's been playing SWG in the meantime. I've been playing the "sleeping" game.

We got hit by 2 typhoons in 1 months here in Taiwan.

So, I need to stop eq2 for a while to help ppl getting back their homes.

For how long? That's not what I can decide.

Sigh, I am a 59 dirge now, about to be 60. I hate typhoons.

For those who care, the casualty is not serious. So far I know, 2 died and 16 wounded.

But lots of roads got flood away, and bridges broken.

Anyway, I got lots of work and paper works after that.

Hopefully I can cy all in a very soon future.

Guardian Question: Block AA

Drty and other guards, how do you use the Guardian AA BLOCK ability effectively? I have had it for a while, but I always forget about the ability. I am tempted to macro it into something else, but I am not even sure how it works. Does it block 1 melee attack only, or does it block all melee attacks for 15 seconds (that would seem to me like the agi line ability to auto parry attacks - of course that also does AOE avoidence too). I was assuming it is 1 attack, but the buff seems to stay up ...

Well as some of you may know or not it looks as if VIA has decided to drop from the alliance. This is a loss for all of us as they have been not only good friends but an asset to the raid force.

We have also had a few personality conflicts which have also caused us to loose some players and I foresee a couple more deciding in the next few days or weeks who may decide to take their leave. I will not try and stand in anyones way but wish them well.

First off, Brighid and I miss y'all.

But that said, we've both decided that we're going to leave the game. We've been gone a month and a half so far and we just don't see coming back.

We will miss our friends a great deal. But I won't miss playing, if that makes sense. I didn't have the "speak uppedness" to get groups going for myself and Brighid, so we spent a lot of time not doing a whole lot. Unfortunately, it was a LOT of time we spent.

Here is collection of pics from our flood on thursday evening reason for not being at the raid and caceling going to it. We had about 7 inches of rain in 6 hour time frame and caused some mass flodding throughout our city we are one of the areas hit pretty hard but only inded up losing the car and the wash and dryer in basment.

This mob can be tricky depending on the raid setup you bring into the zone.

Master P'tasa requires to have fighters in the raid, otherwise he will curse you and you will wipe. He will not accept Scouts as a tank as he deaggro's them and blurs off them faster.

If anyone deaggro's while being targeted by P'Tasa he will set you aside on the aggro list, if that person who was deaggro'd gets aggro at all again during the fight again afterwards he will Curse the raid and you will wipe. He ...

How do you setup your UI for raiding?

Here's mine. I take out most of the junk windows you don't need when 80/80/140 hehe.

I eneded up giving in with the hot bars. Made them bigger so I could see the spell timers on them. It's actually really handy to do that for me.

Oh and the very top right hand corner is where the Picture-In-Picture goes for the TV hehe.

Raid Spam Question

Something that has gotten a little annoying...

The /raidsay Spam. With everyone macroing their spells, its getting to the point where I don't even look at it anymore.

Some folks even /r and /g for the same spells (cough, Cilu, cough).

I like the fact that we have the dispatch / DPS call in raidsay... Infact I like when dispatch is always displayed due to wanted to get certian spells in during this period of time.

But some of the stuff... Well, it goes by so fast it doesn't ...

Betraying Rays

Call it fate... I was just talking to Brae, Vozz, Yroc, and Brigman about betraying Rays over to a Necro. I was saying how I need to go out and harvest mad clusters for spells an all...

So we did a COA run and the master 1 mage pet for a Necro dropped... SO I'm going to betray right quick. Hopefully by next week I'll be raid ready.

I only have 2 "junky" masters on Rays... A power drain from pet and defensive stance. But, I will loose my epic... So I'll be asking ...

profit ui update fix

here is the fix to the profit switching back to default issue with the new update.....

The problem is with the _ProfitUI_StandardSearches.txt file. The new lootdb link contains an unescaped &, which stuffs things up. Just open the file with notepad and the line that reads:
